When looking for Signed by Author/Autographed by Author stickers, I found two reliable places. The first place I found was Zazzle, a design your own place. So I designed my own. Through Zazzle, I can share that design with you so all you have to do is place your order.
The second place was iPrint. They call their stickers "labels" I like the gold premium labels. I just pick the style I like and type in "Signed by Author" or "Autographed by Author" to the customizable stickers.
Comparison
I can order small quantities of stickers at Zazzle. They come in sheets of 20 for less than $5 which is less than 4 cents per sticker. The stickers are very high quality--shiny, like vinyl. You can change out the background color to blend in or contrast with your book.
Minimum order at iPrint is 500, but the price for the premium "labels" is under $50 which is less than 1 cent per sticker. I like the gold foil ones best.
