This website was born from my efforts to promote my first book. As a debut author, I knew that my book would be one of thousands upon a bookshelf and I needed to make it--and me--stand out if I wanted to sell. I certainly couldn't afford a publicist, so I started researching.

My book, Taking Flight, sold very well, especially for a sweet Southern romance in hardback. Hurrah! Not only that, but I've made great networking contacts, so when my next book is published, my name recognition will already be 'out there' and my publicity efforts will be easier and more effective.

I'm sharing my articles and resources, as well as articles written by others, in hopes that good karma will happen.
